Adele is a London-based multidisciplinary artist and facilitator exploring intimacy, embodiment, pleasure and connection. Her practice brings together ceramics, ritual, sound and energy work, alongside participatory and sensory experiences.

Drawing on slow craft, sensory attention and embodied practice, she creates objects and experiences that invite presence, curiosity, intimacy and play. Her work moves between art, ritual and wellbeing, exploring different ways of connecting with ourselves, one another and the world around us.
